AI consulting
Clear AI advice, grounded in how your business works.
We help leadership teams decide where AI belongs, what it is worth and what to do first, then stay with you through delivery. Practical recommendations, not a technology wish list.
The problem
Why most AI projects stall before they deliver.
The technology is rarely the problem. Projects fail because they start in the wrong place. Our approach is built to avoid the four most common traps.
The wrong process gets automated.
Our approach: We map how work really happens first, then choose the process where AI will make the biggest difference.
Information is scattered across tools.
Our approach: We find where your data lives in email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and paper, and plan how to bring it together.
Nobody can prove it worked.
Our approach: We measure the starting point before we build, so the improvement is visible in numbers, not opinions.
Teams don't adopt it.
Our approach: We design with the people who do the work, train them, and roll out in stages they can absorb.

Where should we start if we are new to AI?
Most clients start with an AI Readiness Audit or a leadership workshop. Both are short, fixed-price engagements that tell you where AI fits in your business and what to do first, before you commit to building anything.
Do we need clean data or a technical team first?
No. Part of the audit is finding where your information lives and how usable it is. Many good first projects work with the data you already have in email, spreadsheets and existing systems. You do not need in-house technical staff.
How long does it take to see results?
An audit takes two to three weeks. A pilot usually takes four to six weeks, and that is where you see the first measurable results with real users.
Can you build what you recommend?
Yes. We advise, build, integrate and support. You are also free to take the roadmap to your own team or another provider. The audit is useful either way.
How is work priced?
Audits, strategy work and workshops are a fixed fee. Builds are priced per phase after a scoping call, so you always know the cost before work starts. Ongoing support is a monthly plan you can cancel at any time.
